trash bags anyone?

Chloe is in to everything today!

First thing this morning she decided to get dirt out of the ficus tree for the millionth time but this time she took bucketloads out. Once I cleaned that up I noticed she was being too quiet while I folded laundry. I peeked around the corner and this is what I found.

Trash can storage cabinet?

I have no idea what to call this thing but I do know that I was WAY overcharged for it. It's cute and all but I think I could of got it at Kmart or Target for about 80 bucks.(probably 60 but I'm trying to make myself feel a little better) I paid 200! Yikes....I thought I was getting a good deal since I wasn't paying tax or shipping. To add to my misery...It took me a hour and a half to put it together. I guess thats what you get when you shop online from a company you have never heard of. Oh well, atleast I dont have to look at my gross trash can anymore....:)

Climbin' Chloe

Chloe has discovered how to climb the bunk bed ladder. Yipee! I think that is how Brian got stitches in his forehead around this age. I will be putting the ladder up from now on ;)

Monday Morning

I have been cleaning all morning so I sat Abby down on my bed with a box full of family pictures to look at. She called me in and had a concerned maybe even scared look on her face and asked who was the person in the picture. Heres the picture:

I explained to her that it was my Grandpa(who already passed away)being silly. You see, my brother cut off his long hair and gave it to Grandpa for a present.(Grandpa always wanted Mikey to cut his long hair.) Grandpa thought it would be funny to put it on his head since he didn't have any hair. Anyway, I got done explaining it to her and she said "Oh...I thought it was you."

Nice. I think its time to go on a diet and maybe wear more cover-up.

Mothers Day

I had a pretty good day today. Brian let me sleep in this morning which was sooo nice.

The rest of the day was pretty low key.

Brian played with the girls for a little bit outside.....


He installed a toilet paper holder in the bathroom with Chloe as his little helper.

We thought it would be such a fun, memorable, relaxing time to walk around the lake with the girls... We were glad to get home by the end of the walk :)
