Surprises are the best.

Mallory, one of our first pause kids came to visit today. It was a fun unexpected suprise and is always such a blessing to see her! The girls adore her. She is such a good role model for them... not only is she an amazing athlete but more importantly she loves Jesus and seeks to serve Him in everything she does.

Fathers Day 2012

Yep..Its been awhile and I have no excuse. Just laziness. I know a couple of grandparents that will be so happy that I am posting a picture on here!
So I thought I would start up again with a picture of my favorite people in the world that was taken on Fathers Day.









Fathers day was pretty low key. Brian did homework most of the day but we did manage to get him out of the house and walk this guy.

No, we didn't sneak in a dog :) Abby was dog sitting our friends dog that lives up in the sub-division. His name is Jake and we loved having him. We took him to Meadow Pond and let him swim. Abby would not leave his side. He LOVES to swim... we found that out when we took him home to eat after the pond and he darted off to go swim again but this time with the kids in the Wagon Train pool :) The wagon train kids now love Jake too :)

The pretty new dutch oven! AKA Gerty.

I got myself a pretty new cast iron dutch oven. I really debated getting it. But I have wanted one for so long and it was cheap. So I just went for it. I saved some money from cleaning cabins and just did it. But I kinda wished I would of waited and read reviews..because its an off brand and its known to crack :( So hopefully if I baby it... it will be nice to me and last! Anyway, I made potroast in it and it was wonderful! Isn't she pretty?

Sept 19th &20th- front teeth, friends and preschool!

Last night we watched some friends for a few hours. It was fun!We watched movies and ate popcorn.

Also Abby finally lost her second front tooth!

Chloe had her first day of preschool and loved it!

Such a great group! We are excited for this year.

Friday - Statewide Search and Rescue at Hume!

This weekend Hume had about 450 Search and Rescue here. So much fun to see some of the state's finest here! They had helicopters, horses and dogs everywhere. I think this might be one of my favorite weekends.
The girls and I got to watch one of the Navy's helicopters fly in up on our neighborhood lawn. So fun!


Brian got to check it out after work...




Check out Chloe's inside out dress. We were in a little hurry when we heard the helicopter. I think she was playing dress up beforehand :)

Wednesday Sept 7th-Bosman Boys!

Well, two of them that is. We got to hang out with them after lunch. Sweet boys!

Tuesday Sept 6th.-P.E.

I love to go watch the girls at p.e. They are on to Stamina Training up on Cedar Lawn. Here the are in all their glory. Megan is in the red shirt and gray shorts...Abby is in the white shirt with gray shorts. They are such all around amazing students. They make us so proud!

A picture a month?

Okay. I need to be realistic. I can't commit to a picture a day...we all know it. So, just keep checkin the blog when you can and hopefully there will be a new post for you to look at. I will try to do atleast one a week. Try that is ;)

So much fun! We went right when the fair opened at 900am. It was such a great turn out and the fair raised $144, 000 for the camp!

#63 Sunday- Reece and Myn visit

okay so it wasnt this last Sunday but I noticed I forgot to post a picture of when they were here :)
Anyway, they came and took care of me for a couple of days. It was great to see them. The girls and Reece get along so great together.
